When I decided to remodel my kitchen, I visited many “design centers.” I can say my experience was not at all pleasant. Everyone seemed to listen but nobody heard. I had my ideas but everyone wanted me to use their ideas, dismissing my needs and wishes and budget.

One day I stopped by Ferendo Kitchens. Dana was busy with a client, but took the time to listen to me. She made a few notes and an appointment to meet later that week. When I returned Dana already had plans drawn up. She actually heard! In those few moments we spoke, she was able to capture a feel for what I wanted and needed. I was totally amazed.

I just want to take a minute to let you know how pleased I am with my experience dealing with Eileen Coletta. I had been working with a designer at a different company and was in the final stages of my plan. Although the designer was well informed and knew her product, I was not quite comfortable with the service that was being provided.
